Prior land use There is nothing in the LIM report to suggest the property was ever used as an industrial, landfill or mining site
Based on photos in the council property file, the property was paddocks prior to planting with avocado trees in 2005

Soil suitability The site has a gentle slope that drains into a natural stream and out to the harbour. The site is not susceptible to erosion and is not exposed to excessive winds.
Trees planted in 2005 have grown as expected showing the soild to be suitable for avocados
